All the staff is wonderful, very informative . Suggested for me to try progressive lenses. I was hesitant at first but so glad I tested them out. I love them!!! Thank You, Lester and the entire Torrance Sams Club Optical Department.
Highly recommend Sam’s club optical! Both ladies Janet and Charisma were very sweet, they helped me select my frames and explained different lens options I didn’t even know I had.
Honestly, After Lens Crafters was on some B.S! Lester came in clutch and saved the day! Amazing attitude great service this Guys needs a raise!! Helped me out Big time.

The staff (Lester) was friendly, professional, and fixed my glasses right away—no appointment needed. They made sure everything was properly adjusted and comfortable before I left.
