Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, first pair worked but earpiece was twisted so had to be adjusted (another trip back to the store), 2nd pair were prescription shades (except they forgot to put tinted lens in them). I was told they would fast track the item. This was on a Thursday and was told they would probably be in on Monday, 7 days later have not heard anything. The regular service was faster. Great frames, good prices. Tori was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the options we wanted. She also helped us with the Plus Member discount and applying for our insurance to get the best deal possible. I will shop here again.
