Optician is great. Customer service excellent. Glasses have decent selection and you can't beat their quality for progressive lenses and the cost is cheaper than copay elsewhere with insurance.
The reason why pains me to give it so few stars is for the fact that I actually work here. Now while Sam's Club can and will give you a very good deal on your glasses, the opticians showed a lack of experience and effort in their job. When told that the glasses are not fitting right and my vision isn't what it should be with my glasses on, they just stared blankly at me as if they had no idea of what to say or what to do.
