I got a pair of glasses from this Sam’s Club at the beginning of the year, it took them almost 2 and half months to get my glasses to me. Once I got them, they were great. After about 2 months of wearing them I notice they were very slightly crooked. I took them back for them to adjust them. The lady working at the counter took my glasses, did the whole heating thing and bent them like 45 degrees in the wrong direction, I was the one who had to tell her what to adjust and walk her thru it. This optician is closed on Sunday. Here it says open !. and in the hours they have they also say open today until 4 pm. which makes you waste your time ... since in reality it is closed on Sundays. They should fix the schedules. so one does not waste time.

Optician is great. Customer service excellent. Glasses have decent selection and you can't beat their quality for progressive lenses and the cost is cheaper than copay elsewhere with insurance.
