Do not buy the glazed donuts in the boxes. Last time I went there and was looking at the donuts they were full of bugs flying around inside the boxes. I did tell the employee that was walking by and he said OK and took the box I handed him but never checked the rest of them which also had bugs in them. He did not even seemed surprised when I told him.I did email corp. and let them know but I never received a response back.
Every time I need to pick up or order photos in store the photo center has closed early!!!!!
Terrible new battery. Left me stranded and late for work. Returned it only to have them say they wanted to put a full charge on it. Said bring back if I had any more trouble. Well it left me stranded again and I am back here now paying for a more expensive battery and the technician didn't realize the cover also functioned as a height spacer. Grrrrrrr
Waited over 2 hours for a battery installation today. Nobody else was there when we arrived for service at 9am. We weren't able to leave until afer 11 and it seems what took the most time was getting reciept after the battery was installed. Seems pulling a vehicle in or out of the shop is a hassle also. Would rather pay more and install myself next time. Sorry sams club but automotive should obviously be left to professionals.
