Took 4 hours PLUS to get My tires rotated! Unacceptable performance by the Tire and Auto group. I was assured there were 4 cars in front of Me, but by the time My vehicle was put on the lift it took an additional 2 hours to complete a simple task. 6 "Associates" working on 3 vehicles??? My observations revealed they spend more time bullshitting than they do working. Whatever you're paying these guys, it's too much. VERY disappointed longtime customer. I will look elsewhere from now on.

Spent over $6000 in the store over the last 3 months. Placed an order online for mattress. Box spring never arrived. Called online support said would take care of it. NEVER DID. Went to store to get help, they couldn't since it was done online, they called online support handed phone they said they'd help and take care of it. Again, NEVER DID. Received a lame robo reply in my email asking if I'd received the item, NO. Never did. Returning all $6000 of items purchased using UHaul, then will take them to small claims court for... read more
