Very frequent shopper but waiting in line forever due to customer service not knowing what to do and ignoring the fact we said we would pay in cash since the system wasnt taking cards... waiting for a half hour for them to decide to take cash and listen to the customer.
I think you guys should put a SAMs club in Williamsport PA so that way we Don't gotta Go to far just to go food shopping
VERY disappointed they completely got rid of their DVD section and drastically reduced their video game section from one side of a complete isle to one four foot section.
The customer service at this location is horrible. They have given my daughter the run around twice now, when all she would like to do is buy some tires, you would think they would like to make a sale, apparently they don't. Cotsco will treat her much better i'm sure.
