I dislike being harrassed to upgrade my membership every single time I choose to shop here!
RecommendedA friend and I went to Sam's today. We both have the plus cards. Got to the door at 8:55 and we were met by an employee that asked us if we are picking up an order. We said no. She said we can't go in till 9:00. What the heck is going on. I come over there early so I can do other errands. We live over an hour away. We never got a notice. So we stood our in the cold waiting to be let in. What are we paying the extra money for the plus cards!!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!😠😡
Waited all day yesterday for delivery of two chairs. Absolutely no show no call. Later in the day Sams sends email sorry you were not satisfied with your merchandise, refunds almost 900 dollars. Today fedex showed up to pick up two chairs. Just wondering who received my chairs and who canceled my order. Sams Club is one messed up place. I would suggest, don’t shop online with this store!

GreAt customer service! Just moved here from York. Totally different atmosphere. Love how two people help you at check out. Customer Service was very helpful and changing my card. This local store has unbelievable Penn State merchandise! I bought 1 of everything!

Love the new scan and go app! We avoided the long lines and had no wait time! App was very easy to use - both scanning the items and paying!
When you buy tires at Sams Club they tell you you get 24 Hour road side assistance if you get a flat. Well don’t call at 9pm. I was put on hold for over 40 minutes. Then I was told that they found someone and that it would be an hour and a half. They then called me back 20 minutes later and told me that they had tried and called 20 different people and since it was such a late hour they could not help me and that I should look for a hotel.
