Today we went up to Sam's Club and had an issue with a promotional offer online. The staff at the membership counter was so friendly and great. They resolved our problem quickly and made sure we left with no other issues or concerns. It was a great experience.

The worst! 2 cashiers on a holiday Friday at 530? My frozen stuff is half thawed. Waiting in line now to return it. Worst SAMs club. Manager was useless. He walked by like 3 times and never once called for people to help cashiers load carts or additional cashier. And you have to unload your entire cart. They have to transfer. Just beyond terrible!

Went to this location and cashier was useless. Offered to box items, stuffed one box full of product to the point of box breaking. Proceeded to just dump the rest of the items into the cart. No care taken at all. When paying, gave the cashier the amount with the change but the cashier didn't listen that we had the change. She put in the full dollar amount and then was unable to figure out how to count back the change and was trying to insist on giving what the cash register said as change because it was too difficult to figu... read more

I am beyond disappointed. I asked an employee for a cup of hot water to heat up my baby's bottle and the lady said other people will give out hot water but I won't. While my baby was screaming!! I wasn't going to go and make a tea out of it. I was told to go feed him in the bathroom. Would you like to eat in a room where you have to listen to people pooping, flushing toilets and not washing their hands when they are done? I will be calling higher up.
