I just spent at least 20 minutes trying to talk to a human about my new account, all to find out that I can't do anything without physically going to the store. Very annoyed that I let myself get talked into joining this "club" and will definitely share my negative experiences with whomever will listen. Costco it is!
You have an employee named Amanda that is just amazing! Long story short, I was having a bad day yesterday and made it to Sams club @ the last minute to get my item. Your employee went way above and beyond for me, gave me a hug, and just made my whole day better! Thank you Amanda for your great customer service and treating me with kindness.
