I waited on hold for 25 minutes, got disconnected and when i called back they put me on hold without even talking to me ... so rude! Gosh I wish Sam was still alive! He would roll over in his grave if he knew how poor customer service has become at his stores! I guess I'll start shopping at Costco's!!!!!
Sam's is not as well stocked as it usually is. I went in to get my clear care contract lens cleaner, that they always have, and they were completely out.
