RecommendedLoving the self checkouts at the stores. Makes it so much easier to finish up and get out. I was wondering why they stopped selling the thick cut pork chops?? Loved those and will force me to check Costco out to see if they sell them.
One cash register open , 15+ people in line ! Finally opened a second about 10 mins later ! Look I don’t work for Sams club so therefore I don’t use your silly self checkout lanes ! I guess it’s time to start buying everything from Amazon !
Only if it’s the nearest one. They seem to be concentrating on reducing overhead costs and encourage shoppers to you the self check out lanes. Only becomes a problem when you have 15+ people waiting for the two open registers and no one wanting to use self check out.

There have been significant changes to this store recently, and I cannot begin to say how much I dislike it. The cold rooms for produce and dairy are painful, but not nearly as painful as the new check-out system. In an attempt to make things more efficient, they have created complete chaos.
After today's experience with the Tire Dept.... I am a loyal customer!! I typically use a local service company but when they advised me of an issue with my tires and the need to get them correct ASAP, I returned to Sams since they were purchased there just a little over a year ago and they were OUTSTANDING!!!! They understood my concerns and their knowledge was super! I was expecting to argue and fight for them to do the right thing, but no disagreement and I was well respected and will return for years to come!! WAY TO GO ... read more
