Bought a TV from them 2/11/2011. Sept 2nd 2014, TV broke. Called their repair line, asked for repair. Could not be repaired. Sept 19th 2014 FedEx delivered me a new TV, no questions, no fuss and no charge to me. When they ask about the extended warranty at the check out, think about it. It's worth the money. We got the level that was the same cost as our new TV around $119.00 and some change extra for the warranty. Very good service. 5 stars in my book
