Just passed up on going to Sam's club for gas because they allow people to harass you at the pump. i started to head that way, saw them there and went to Kroger instead. You would think paying for a membership would mean you wouldn't have to deal with people inside and out soliciting whatever product they are trying to push. I just wanted to let you know you lost a customer today and why.
Visited Sams Club on Bridge St tonight around 7:30 pm. We picked up some fabric softener & a bag of Cuties. Went to check out...two cashiers.....8 deep. So we waited, then we decided to check out at the service desk......no one there! So we walked over to the electronics( we have been checked out there before) he said he couldn’t because he didn’t have a drawer. We went back to the service desk, someone was there waiting on a lady that had purchased 3 things.....we waited 10 minutes, he called for someone to come help....no ... read more
The new thing at Sam's club with 2 cashier's per line (one to unload one to ring) does not seem to be working. I hope this is just a trial. If this is permanent can you please give a cash option at self check out line? I've rarely had to wait but a few minutes into this began. The Chillicothe store has been doing this for at least a couple months and it's not improving. I'm sure the employees will agree and I know many shoppers feel the same way.

I love coming to sams club!
Don’t get me wrong I love Sam’s Club & I shop there a lot. But the last few times I’ve had to wait in a line for over 10 minutes with someone having a problem with either their debit card or what ever. The lines were long today so we tried to tough it out by staying in the same line. They only had 4 lanes open & when they opened up another lane they came & got the lady behind us that had only been waiting two minutes. I refuse to use the self checkout because I feel that it’s taking some ones job plus I’m not ringing up my t... read more
Was in the Chillicothe Sams today.....long lines with only a few cashiers......so they start open new lines.....but when we moved to another line....Oh well it’s for credit cards only......sorry but that’s bull, if you are goin* to open more registers, allow ALL of your customers to go to them.
