Absolutely love Sam's club. Excellent customer service and store is always clean and organized
I obviously have nothing to do. I preordered my shopping list so I could just come in and pick it up. I scheduled a pick up time between 8-9. I got a text at 817 that it was ready. I got here at 9. It is now 939 and I am still waiting on it......
Why do you not have an internet connection for the store in order to check insurance for the Pharmacy and Optical?. Are you living in the 70's or something? The employees need to verify insurance as does any other business that deals with medical. Get off the pot and give these employees internet access!
