Great Customer Service and most of the items I wanted were there.
Online order pickup is terrible. Bought a game system online 4/29 when it was in stock and scheduled a pickup for 5/1. Since they did not pull the unit the day of the purchase, it was sold. Now, I don’t have my merchandise. Good thing I called first or I would have driven 3-1/2 hours unnecessarily.

ALBANY YOUR MANAGER AT SAMS TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND MY FRIEND ABOUT OUR CONCERN. WE HAD TO CALL THE PERSON WHO TOLD US TO GO THERE.SHE WAS EMBARRESSED.
