The store itself isn't too bad. But the photo lab is ridiculous. Drove 45 mins to pick up an online order. No one was at the register. Waited 20 mins and still nothing. Called while I was just standing there and no one would pick up the line. Waited on the phone for 10 mins. Noone ever picked up. Had to get a manager to help. Who doesn't know where my package is...
I ordered a cake 3 weeks before my son's birthday party. He had picked out a Pokémon cake for his 6th birthday. At 8:00 am the day of his party they call me and tell me they can't make the cake. After speaking with the manager he said we could choose a different theme or just get a different kind of cake and he'd offer a discount. It left me in a bind trying to find someone to make a last minute Pokémon cake. I will never order anything from there again.

Ordered a cake without finding one like I wanted in the book. Picked it up today and it's absolutely perfect. Better than I expected. And a great price! Will always use them for my cakes!
