The store is great and I go there every week or two. However the scan'n'go spp for the iPhone is a dud...sometimes works but often won't log me in even with right credentials. I'd really love it if the app was dependable. Fix the app!!
Always love shopping at Sam's. We use the Scan n Go and it is wonderful. You do not have to stand in lines! Just check out on your phone and you are on your way. Wish more stores would do this.

Amazing! They are always helpful and kind!!! I drive from Morehead city and never have had a issue.
Went to get my tires rotated and balanced after 3 monthes of owning them. Waited about 2 hours to get my car in. An hour later car was finished. I asked if everything was ok, they said it was fine. I leave and get about 10 minutes away when I realize the balance is off and the wheel is shaking. I take it back and they say they cant get it in for another 3 hours.
