The customer service at this Sam’s club has declined steadily since COVID began around March. Each time I go in there are all sorts of new “rules” like putting all of your groceries into a different cart at self checkout and leaving your old cart for the next customer. I don’t see how this makes any sort of sense because whatever germs I left on the cart will be there for the next customer and I’ve never seen a sales associate disinfecting carts after I leave them there. What a horrible experience for the third time at the Sam’s Club in Jacksonville North Carolina 14 carts in line one cashier requested to the front manager if we could get some more cashiers total attitude just about to leave my cart and never freaking come back again she did bring up another cashier it took me 12 minutes to shop in 40 minutes to get checked out there’s something wrong with that!!!!
can't get any help and only one cashier opened for regular checkout.

I was in the Jacksonville Club on Saturday 08/03/19. I was there to purchase a mattress for our daughter. Greg was all over it. He went to the parking lot then ran all the way in the back to find me a cart, loaded the mattress & pushed it to check out then loaded it as well. I was in a bit of a hurry since Furniture Fair closed at 5 & here it was after 4. Because of Greg I made in just in time! He is a very personable associate. I’m thankful he was there that day to help us out!
Place lacks any employees who will uphold the rules They allow customers to place their filthy dogs on the same carts we place our food in without having to use a barrier Fix it, this is unsat and also disgusting
First time I go there..... I just love it
