I am always happy with Sam's!! Their product, prices, and always looks clean! The only thing I'd say is, work on your customer service skills!! Every cashier I've had is not friendly! They're not mean either but there's no conversation, no eye contact, no "have a great day"...

After waiting in the auto center for over 45 minutes, having the female associate help two people that were standing in line behind us, and coming back over to the auto center once it cleared out and not being able to find anyone, I have decided I'd rather pay $2,000 for a set of tires than to have Sams do any work on my vehicle. All other employees in other departments were super friendly and helpful, but I give the auto center as a whole a -5 on a 1-5 scale.

I shop at Sam's early in the morning to avoid all the grazers that come later in the day to eat free samples and clog up the isles with empty carts and unruly children. Plus by shopping early the ratio of shopper to store associates is almost 10 to 1, so if you can't find something help is right around the corner. The money I spent for the "Premier" membership was well spent.

I delivered a half loaded trailer and I admit I was late. They got me in and out in under 30 minutes and said I could park there overnight. My opinion was the employees were very nice.

I went in a to buy a poster in the photo lab and I was handed a poster in a trash bag because They had no poster bag. The gentleman told me they have been ordered?!?! If you know your low order them. I will not be going to this Sams again. Poor service!
