Website and sign on front of building says open until 10:00pm for business and plus members. I get to door at 8:30 and an associate tells me they are locking doors and going home
Get it together. One. Yes ONE cashier open. I had 5 items. Was going to use the "self checkout," but both of those lines were tied up waiting for an associate. One line, tied up because two young ladies were purchasing wine and had to wait on someone to approve the purchase. Of course, they had 30+ plus items, and could either not read the sign stating "10 or less", or have challenges with math. Not sure why the other line was stopped. as someone that delivers to them on evasion one of the best are friendly and try to help so I like this store
No regard for the customer. We purchased a television that went on sale 12 days later. Sam's club will refund the entire price of the television but will not credit the difference for the sale price. I have done this many times in Florida so why not in Alabama. Corporate will not respond either. "Best Buy" it will be for us after this ordeal.
I went in S am's with a disabled child to shop for school clothes. I asked for help and was called an idiot by the employee that works in the clothing department. He then proceeded to try and fight my boyfriend. Keep in mind, all of this happened in front of other employees and customers. It's not like there was no proof. I am still in shock.
