One lane open with a lot of managers standing around and doing nothing or when employees tried to call for them, they were no where to be found. The one line that was open was backed all the way to the book section. The cashier tried to get the manager to open up other lanes but by the time we were finished checking out nothing had been done about it.
The workers in the food court up front are very rude and were too busy talking to each other and counting how many hours they had left to work than to give me my change. There was a line of customers who all noticed the same thing and were very aggravated by the lack of customer service. I tried to call for a manager to complain but “conveniently “ they never answered. If you are going to work in customer service, FYI it’s about the customers.
It’s an ok place to buy in bulk, didn’t have safeguard soap, staff was helpful, checkout was easy�
Picked my cake up that I ordered a month in advance for a baby shower and it was so sloppy�
