I wish I could give you guys a negative 5 for customer service! I ordered a Keurig from your website and got it in NON-operating condition and when I called customer service, I had the hardest time to convince the person that it is not working and we want an exchange. I am not even returning the product; I want an exchange!

Every time for the past year, at least, there has been a problem with my click and pull order. Nobody seems to ever know what's going on even though I have a text and email showing that they said its ready
Very unhappy with special order, notified by email order is in, arrive to pick it up, order was sent back for inscription, never notified and not even a sorry, paperwork handed back to me, clerks just walk away!
