the day before mother's day, my husband called this store to inquire about a patio set, on hold no joke 45 minutes, I called from my cell and they kept saying "please hold" this went on for a very long duration. We went in to pick up the Patio Furniture waited 90 minutes for them to bring us the furniture to load it in the truck. Today, same thing, he called and was placed on hold, I called from my cell and the lady answered I stated my husbands been on hold and she said hold on and put me on hold. We finally hung up. Wonderful trip to the Addison SAMs tonight! Was told screw you by the woman guarding the exit door! When I think of how much we spend there annually for work and home, and really need to determine if it's worth keeping these accounts open. They truly do not value the customer, I've seen the area stores in my area slowly decline over the last few years, while those up north or out west are really nice.
1st day as a new member. I got good prices but the service at the end was terrible! Front end was discombobulated but the lady was nice. My checkout clerk couldn’t tell me how to get my free goodies and neither could a coworker he asked. So I went to grab my free sundae but had to experience Eliza’s (sp) coworker shouting how she either needed to clean or ring customers because she wanted to leave early! My membership is coming due again and I’m seriously considering not renewing after being a Business Member for over 10 years. I’m not sure if it’s me but it seems like the amount of vendors that approach you throughout the store are more then usual. It would be nice to get through there one time without being harassed about my cable service , a back alignment, skin care products, and crappy knives. The Sams staff itself is always kind & very helpful.
