Sam’s Club management at Addison was very irresponsible yesterday letting too many people enter in the store at the same time. When I got there, I couldn’t find carts anymore, a perfect signing that the store was already crowded, but the man at the door continued let people enter. Not very responsible
I recommend this location because it’s nearby, and it’s where I did most of my shopping, pre-corona. HOWEVER ... to the management- please consider this suggestion: PLEASE have a SEPARATE LINE for people doing club pick-up vs people just waiting in line to go shopping. Those of us who shopped online and pre-paid should have a separate line to stand in which will move quicker and be a little more stream-lined in its purpose. I was standing 40 min to get in. The prices for fruits were double. I was wearing scrubs coming straight from work and nobody even bothered to help me. I was asked by three different associates to show my card.
Lots of mouth breathers and weirdos but good prices
Waiting in line to get a drink at the cafe, I just watched a staff member come over, put her hair in a hairnet and then serve food to customers. Never washed her hands. She put gloves on, but if you don’t wash your hands first, why bother with gloves? You just touched them with your dirty hands trying to get them on? No thank you.

Great, quick and knowledgeable service from Oscar with a battery replacement at the Tire & Battery Departnent, Addison, IL today. Wonderful young man, who went extra step and added air to my car tires. Thanks for making this cold weather day that much better!
