They refuse to refund me so that I can purchase another one from a more reliable supplier. They do not have a resolution team in place to assist longtime customers and nothing in place to assure delivery and a process for situation control. It’s truly sad that as a customer who spends thousands of dollars with a company and get no satisfaction.
