I just canceled my membership yesterday do to rude and disrespectful behavior toward other customers and me by one of their employees. Judging by the curious, but non-interfeering looks by his co-workers, I can only assume this was not the first time he was disrespectful towards Sam's Club's clients. Managment is not existent here, and I believe this is the root cause of their issues. When there is no one to guide and support the staff, how would one expect that there would be order and professionalism in the store? I ask... read more

only 4 self check-out stations? NO checker stations? wth? what about those of us who don't have smart phones??? and don't want one??? also - was charged full price at the check out for a discounted item. went to customer service. the person there tried to convince me that customers are charged sales tax on the whole amount, not discounted amount when purchasing a discounted item. On April 29, 2025, involving an associate named Bobbie at the receipt check area. Due to chronic back issues, I asked Bobbie if someone could help me carry my bags to my car. She said she would get someone, but no one ever came. After waiting several minutes, I returned to let her know I was still waiting. She responded in a dismissive tone and said no one was available.
