Sam’s Club used to be an amazing store I’ve gone to for most of my life. Today, we weren’t allowed to order pizza at the deli because the app wasn’t working and they now require you to use the app to order food. No exceptions. We watched them turn away elderly customers who just wanted to buy something to eat because they didn’t have the app. That’s not just inconvenient. It is cruel. I don’t want to be forced into using an app just to get a slice of pizza. I want to walk up to the counter and order like a normal human being... read more
