Lazy staff and new “scan and go” policies are too complicated for staff. They are unable to keep up with demand or educated enough to remain organized . Was told my meals were put in after waiting 10 minutes to ask. After another 20 was told it was never put in . Ended up getting refund after wasting my time . Can’t wait for a cost co bc this is one of the sorriest sans clubs I’ve been in
Just went and picked everything up I need to make some good ham and cabbage soup on this chilly day will keep the family warm and full
