Great time at the new Sams in Keller Tx we had a famous Nathan hot dog &drink we both ate for 3.25 what a Deal so good to we got a lot of things there I always have fun at Sams 🌭👍🏻
I had a bad experience over the weekend . Went after my son's soccer game and I have my son's puppy who is in training to be a therapy dog. One of the greeters told us we weren't allowed to bring him in since he isn't a service dog. Well technically you shouldn't have questioned me and my dog, its against the law. I wasnt gping to make a scene so walked back into my car and sat there with the puppy. We had a little problem with our membership card and a lady named Dawn and a supervisor named Amanda helped us our greatly and were able to take care of the membership issue with a polite and timely matter. Thank you again for Dawn and Amanda!!!
Did not give $5 off 6 bottles of wine and cust service says club manager knew of problem and did not adjust registers or advice clerks. That is fraud. Please replace club manager immediately -- this is unacceptable behavior.
