Have had multiple issues with gift cards here. They don’t seem to care and then keep doing the same thing with other customers. They do not take care of their customers near the way Costco does.
Beware of buying gift cards at this location. They are having known issues with gift cards not activating. So they put your transaction through as a “soft hold” which hits your bank account immediately. But cancels the transaction on their end. So basically we just paid $179 and walked out with NOTHING but a half assed promise that the money would go back in our account sometime AFTER Christmas! Absolutely unacceptable. I was out shopping because baby mama 3 needed diapers. So in I go. I give two starts because it was easy to shop there. But they smell in da club wuz nasty. I mean the smell in there was like the scent that made me not have a fourth baby mama that day I was in bed. For real gross.
Like the layout of this store and I like the kiosks where you can order and pay for soda fountain drinks, pizza and hot dogs, etc. Also like that they keep puppy potty pads in store, other Sams stores I have visited do not and I was having to order them online. Keep up the good work!
Terrible customer service. Manager on duty Sunday at 2pm could care less if the customer is happy or not. After waiting 40 minutes for an item we purchased, I asked to see a manager and he said “it is hard to get a lift down the isle on Sundays.” That was his excuse. Then he offered no help to load the item. Thankfully the guy in the call ahead area offered his help as we were walking out. Very, very disappointed with the Keller Sam’s Club. The manager set a very poor example for his team.
Was so excited when this one was built because it's close to our house and we wouldn't have to go to grapevine anymore. That was short lived we still have to make the trip to grapevine because this location doesn't carry everything the other one does including Dasani water. Also I ordered a piece of pizza once and it took 15 minutes for 1 of the 2 employees to come take my order or ask if I needed anything for that matter. They just kept looking at me and arguing with each other.
Very clean store, great selections. Great place to stock up on things you use everyday at a fair price. Employees are kind and don't mind showing you where things are, if your not familiar with Sams Club set up. There is quite a few demo ppl out on sales floor. So you may just get a chance to sample a product you've never tried before. I know I did. Great experience!
The customer service is great. The kiosk ordering for food at the front was difficult, however, that being new, it is just a little growing pain. I love Sam's!
