Have been a customer over 20 years. Todays pickup left me wondering what is going on. Only got half of the meat i ordered. The reason you go to wholesale club is to buy in bulk. Steak which is normally a half inch thick was so thin you could see through it. Ordered 7 lbs of stew meat and only got 2.4 lbs. Called to ask what happened, to see if there were restrictions. I purchased fruit on Saturday 9/5 and its all rotten. I have called to coordinate a resolution and I have been placed on hold and then hung up on several times.

Part of why we liked sam's was the senior hours.I liked that my mom can go shop and get things without being exposed to he younger and less caring generations. The number of shoppers through senior hours is also less. I am not impressed that hours were dialed back and that you all plan to stop entirely on the 10th. Why? and Why would you not inform people of this? does it really hurt you to have designated senior hours?
