Beware of contractors in Sam's Club who are selling AT&T phone plans. They lie while promising old phone credits that turns out to be bogus & very restrictive. When the credit is denied by AT&T the contractors laugh and ignore your calls. Contacted AT&T directly who stated promotions should be sought directly through AT&T stores/website. Love buying in bulk, however, Sam's Club was out of Charmin and absolutely no paper towels, Bounty. That's what I went there for. I still love Sam's Club.
I upgraded to the Plus Membership this morning and went ahead and put in a order for pick up. Well I have been calling to ask them a quick question and been hung up on every single time ! After being on hold 4-6 minutes (each time) 7 times before they hang up I’m not a very happy customer and regretting the upgraded membership 😡
I have recently visited this location and was very disappointed in the sanitation practices. Considering the current situation with Covid-19 I have a high expectation for cleanliness in this high volume club. The family restroom was filthy, especially the floor and door. I also expected to find some sanitizer or wipes near the pay terminals. I asked an employee that was in charge of that area for something, and he told me that none was available. Please get it together. 😐
I would not shop at this Sam’s!! They have an employee by the name of Pam that calls black children Monkeys! She’s been known to call black and brown skin people and children racial name and they still employ here!! There’s been so many complaints about this employee saying racial things to customers and nothing has ever been done about it!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
I would never return here. Pam is an offensive - hurtful - racist. Complaints have been made but the company has yet to resolve the issue. Really makes me lose any faith in Sam’s Club! I would completely avoid this place, unless you want to face discrimination during your visit.
