Very disappointed in Sams Club. Ordered my husbands 50th birthday cake. Called three days ahead of time to make sure the order was in. First, they couldn’t find my order. Next, the associate tells me the printer is down and can’t even make the cake i ordered. They said someone should’ve called. Wellll, they didn’t and now we are scrambling to have someone else make a full sheet cake. Horrible customer service. We joined Costco several weeks ago...should’ve ordered from them. Bet we wouldn’t have this issue.
