I got a call that special order tires came in on Thursday. I had to call back because NO ONE left a message. So I find out that the 4 tires are in and ask if I can get them put on, on Saturday. NO Juse TRIED to call it Just rang and rang,... for over 5 minutes AND NO ONE ANSWERED!!!!!! THEY DISCONNECTED WITHOUT ANSWERING!!!!!! The COS rudely yelled at and confronted a customer for having more than one pack each of Lysol spray and Clorox wipes. The customer only had two of each. The customer said her son could just buy one each with his membership card then. The Cos demanded they show her their club membership. Then she started going through the items in the customer’s cart. Picked up my new glasses 2 hours ago. Have to commend Danny for his professionalism. He was incredibly helpful when I selected my frames. I told him how glasses aways give me a headache rubbing against my temples but I can’t stand contacts. He did such a good job finding the right frames and fitting me that they didn’t even need adjustments when I picked them up. 2 hours into wearing them they are still as comfortable as when I put them on! This is a first for me and with my TMJ!
