This agent tried to sell us a home in Windsor Mill, Md . After the home testing at an unhealthy amount of Radon, my husband & I, ended the contract. Samrat then text me the same day within the same our to tell me “ I wasted the sellers time” obviously upset that he did not sell the house. I had to block him as he became very unprofessional and aggressive through text messages to my phone.
Fantastic Realtor! He gives great investment advice and is super informative.
Call me at 8pm at night which was kinda ok but I was half sleep then I asked him a few questions it seem like he was agitated when I should’ve been because I was woken out my sleep not him wasn’t very welcoming so i declined the property
He is a fantastic person to work with, he made it so easy for us to sell our home & once we started working with him we were so easy and relaxed. Also we get much more than the price we were asking for
