Oh, what a joy to eat here... – I have had a long, ongoing love affair with Samosa House for many years now. Seriously, it is one of the best Indian places I have found. I have not been to India, but they definitely hold their own against some of the fancy places in London. Granted, the place is *not* fancy, and you will be eating off of paper trays. This is one drawback for those seeking more than just delicious food, however for around $8 you have your own vegetarian Indian feast and even enough to take home for a midnight... read more

One of My All-Time Favorites – If you want really fantastic Indian food for a great price, then you must head to Samosa House. As someone who did long-term travel through India, this is the only place I have been to in the States (NY included) whose food actually brings me back to India, No greasy Americanized tika masala here...instead you'll find a lovely array of veg buffet dishes--South Indian coconut curry, jackfruit, lentils, etc. The space, a lovely Indian market, is a delight as well. I just went to India Sweet and S... read more

Vegetalian curry and Indian grocery I just visited here yesterday to buy some samosa. They were very good. I didn't try it but they had a combination plate that comes with 3 different types of curries and 2 bread for $7.99. In the market side of the store they carry Indian groceries including basmati rice, spices and snacks. Fun to visit!

Superb Indian...and you won't miss the meat AT ALL. Vegetarian only...and you won't miss the meat at all. This is the best of the steam-table Indian places in the area. The food is superb: do not miss the jack fruit, the samosas, the saag. Bonus: it's part of a larger market, so you can get supplies to make your own at home or you can pick up a REAL candy bar. Try the British version of the Kit Kat, you won't be sorry. Last year I must have eaten here at least once a month...and they're opening another one at Overland and Wa... read more

vegetarian only Really nice samosas, the staff will bend backwards to accommodate your needs. Inexpensive and good products. The samosas we brought to a party, the guests were all loving it.

Great, Cheap Indian food – This is a really great place. All vegetarian food, lots of options, spicy, Indian deliciousness. Staff was very nice and the place is clean. Best Indian food I have had in the area! I would recommend to anyone, I bring all my friends here and have never been disappointed.

Best Indian Vegan Food on the Westside I found this place by chance when I got lost in Culver City one day. I stopped to get a samosa and that was it. Too bad I don't live in the area but I'll have my husband bring some home on his way back from work, matter of fact I think I'll ask him today. Anyway, the samosas are the best! The daal is also one of my favorites. It's all vegan but the food will fill you up.
