Drove 45 minutes out of my way to stop at this dealership at 9 o’clock when they open to look at a vehicle which was listed. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes to pull out from the back lot and that I can call next time ahead of time so they can pull the car out. I don’t appreciate when a companies time is viewed to be more valuable than the customers time. No customer service here.
Responded to my inquiry right away. Have not purchased vehicle yet.

Dealer was good to reply. I was hoping we could find a way to ship the car to Tyler, Texas. But the Dealer is unable to. i understand.
Pretty slow to respond. Finally reached them on the phone and they weren't willing to discuss the car without me coming in person. I wasn't willing to make the 50 mile drive for something that may not meet my requirements.
Very helpful, the car I wanted sold, but they got back to me.
He was extremely fair and honest. I would buy from Sammy again.
