Sammy is totally unprofessional! Her demeanor and business behavior is really unclassy to say she is a business owner. Also she may want to be careful of what she says about customers in her native language because customers need to use a translator to hear what she is actually saying about customers!
This is my favorite and literally the ONLY nail salon I come to get my mani/pedi but since they got this “new” staff in, I have not been satisfied with my service. The lady who did my toes asked which pedi service I wanted, I told her then she tries to upsell…No ma’am please perform the service I asked. Then I told her I wanted my toes shorter and she said “no more”…Please bring back the other lady with the bob and the glasses! She was awesome EVERY SINGLE TIME I came in! My pedicure was fantastic! She really took her time but the woman who did my nails…..awful. I did say I wanted short and round but she globbed the polish on in two coats so it’s on thick and didn’t wait for it to dry in between coats. They’re covered in little air bubbles. I wish the pictures would show it. I told her they seem a little thick feeling and she told me oh thick is better so they don’t come off. Went to get my nails and my toes done there were no rushing. Made sure I was satisfied. They were very kind
OMG I LOVE THEM !! My first time coming to the new shop I had a great experience and loved my nails. I continued to come back. This time I got top tier service per usual with my mother. I left the nail salon and realized my nails and toes weren’t the same colors I’d originally picked. Without hesitation they allowed me to return to the salon to repaint my toes.
