What happen to their "good" customer service? It's gotten so bad that we sat for a while until my hubby had to get someone. Finally after 15 minutes I finally get my soda! I'd like to get my food before next week too! Geez! Decided to leave and didn't get a freakin apology! Very bad service!
Sammy C's or another spot should show some wwe ppv's wrestlemania is around the corner.

I go to Sammy C'S 3 times a week to watch my games the food always good great service and friendly and Sammy always comes to say hi

Love the atmosphere and the food!!!
I ordered a pizza for myself and 4yr old and an hour later I still didn’t have my food. When I asked they took another 10 minuets to tell me they burnt my pizza. My husband child and I all had to share my husbands food. Worst experience ever! They did offer to make another pizza but I was not willing to wait another hour for it. And I didn’t receive any chips and salsa while I waited .
Atmosphere is terrific and personnel are hospitable. Plus owner is a great person to know.
