Probably the easiest purchase I’ve had buying my first zero turn lawnmower. I knew what I wanted, but Paul and crew answered any questions I had. I was emailed paperwork to fill out for approval and all I had to do was go pick up the mower at my earliest convenience.
I had a great experience with Paul buying a BX23S. He was personable, helpful, and highly communicative. When I discovered a small issue after using it for a few hours, he and Alphonse had it resolved within a day of receiving the replacement part. Thank you!
We needed a new zero turn that was small enough to fit between obstacles in our yard, but powerful enough to cut our tough grass. The 42in Kubota we bought from Sammy Broussard was the perfect fit. It had a couple of standard features that would have been added cost options on the other brands. (ROPS bar, foot assist height adjustment and runtime meter). Paul did a great job answering all our questions and getting all the paperwork done and had it delivered to our house the next business day. Really happy!
