Best thing is location – The management here bites.. The Kims don't listen to your problems.. They just pretend to listen then do nothing about.. and the walls and floors are paper thin.. Good luck getting any sleep if you happen to have an apartment below someone with a kid.. Management won't stop them from breaking the queit after 10pm rule.. Say away from this place – This place is a total dump, the management is the rudest I have seen, and the rent is totally not worth this place. Take your $s and find something better. I have lived here for 2 years, and I am so glad to move out. The rent used to be low, which compensated for falling closet doors, creaking floors, But now they have increased the rent so much that its rediculous for a dump like this one. Rude Management – I moved here because of location, low rent and spacious apartment. But what I found was the that management is very rude. The main manager almost intimidate you while talking, never return any of your calls and do not answer any questions properly. In all its a total pain to talk to them. And apartments are of course old, that's why cheap I think, floor board creek when we walk. Other than that, I find the apartment nice, good light, quite spacious, good location.
Been here for a year now and just signed a new lease. Had some problems with a 10 year old with ADD living upstairs, but when you tell management about a problem, they get on it. No fake stuff, they're pretty honest. Only downfall would be the driveway, scared the heck outta me the first time we came down, but you get used to it. Parking is average.
