called for an appointment explained i am in extreme pain . called on a thursday no call so tuesday i called back can not get in till following monday over a week its not them hurting so bad so they can take all the time in the world asked if dr could call in something to help oh no he hasnt seen you in awhile so no he cant in other words suffer!I have no choice I guess dr dephillips moved to michigan without notice . After having two failed spinal fusions from a surgeon who I shouldve done more research on, I was referred to dr udit patel. I was prescribed at least 6 pain meds and do not remember any of 2013 because of the carelessness from my previous Dr. Dr Patel had me off of most of my meds, but because of constant pain I was still on a few. He and my current surgeon worked together to treat my back pain and after a year decided the only way was to do a third fusion. I am now 5 days post surgery and I'm hoping this did the trick! I have been coming here for 4 years and I have been met with nothing but kindness and courtesy and empathy. Dr Patel and his staff actually care about the patients. Dr. Patel has the best bed side manner of any doctor I've ever known. He knows exactly what he's doing and he is the only one who can help me with my pain I highly recommend him.
