I used to say I liked this place but waiting for 30-60+ minutes for an appointment SEVERAL times is ludicrous. You expect me to respect your time and that you are busy, please have the decency to respect mine and the fact I have a schedule too. Also receiving a nasty attitude when I call to reschedule is not very professional. I've been in the customer service world for a long time now and that is not the way you treat people and expect them to return.
Dr. Sharma for president, I heard such great things about this guy from a coworker of mine I traveled all the way from Valporaiso Indiana to Joliet Illinois and just to see him was worth the drive he assessed my problem and took care of me with minimal treatment and visits. I'm happy to say that suffering for over three years and pain in two visits I am pain-free
Dr. Sharma let me down when I needed him the most. Terrible service
Would refer my friends and family here. Dr. Udit Patel and staff will get you moving again.
