The best Dr around! Smart and kind person.
Husband had a colonoscopy, the doctor never talked to us afterwards. We waited for 1 hr and he had already started with another patient. Never got a call back from his office for results.
Received an upper endoscopy 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. I have left a message 3 separate times and they have not returned my message when their voice mail states someone will return the call by the end of the day. Run, go elsewhere if you are in pain and looking for answers within a reasonable amount of time.
The doctor did not seem to care about his patients, only in it to make money.
I met Dr Hamad & Mackenzie NP in the hospital, they were professional and concerned! Explained my next steps thoroughly! When I called the office to get PA started Nancy has been ABSOLUTELY amazing from beginning to end of a ridiculous lengthy process due to insurance. Nancy is kind, professional and just overall a really good person! I don’t really want to see a GI, like who does but this is where I’m at now and I feel confident I’m in great hands! 😀
