Doctor Shah and his staff are always pleasant and caring along with maintaining a comfortable experience.
He's arrogant, careless and not a 'straight-shooter', as he claims. He did not provide pain med in order for me to complete vital liver test & claimed my pain doc did not call him back. His solution? NOT to inform me, thereby delaying crucial test in order to tx life-threatening disease I have. When I was finally able to complete test, and it was mistakenly sent to another doctor--NOT my error--he terminated his tx of me leaving /out care for a life-threatening disease.
