He saved my life because of his due diligence and expertise. Great personality. Very good listener. If I stayed with the previous GI Doctor, I would be dead.

Colonoscopy procedures and prep for same are not pleasant for anyone. But West River does an excellent job of caring for its patients. Dr. Shah is a very careful thorough physician. I appreciate him and Elaine, his nurse, very much. The recovery staff members were very helpful as was the intake nurse even though it was Avery busy day for all of them.
Dr Shah is outstanding to work with on my healt concerns. He is very engaging and takes time to listen. I would recommend the good doctor to one and all. I am thankful for his expertise. Paul Mac Donald.

Dr Shah is thorough and explains everything to make sure you understand your diagnosis and the treatment plan.
Dr Shah is incredible and extremely attentive to all of my concerns. I truly would never want to go anywhere else. He makes me feel so taken care of when I am feeling my absolute worst. His staff is always so friendly. As someone who suffers from Colitis, a warm smile can truly make all of the difference in your day, especially when dealing with some flaring issues.
