Always kind and very helpful. Quick to help when in need of urgent visits.
Dr. Shah has been a godsend regarding my life with colitis. He listens and hears what i say. He recommends the best treatment for me to follow. He is the best gastro dr around. His staff is amazing. I give then high recommendation to anyone that needs a new dr.
Excellent doctor. Always very attentive. Explains procedures very thoroughly. I have always been extremely impressed with Dr. Shah.
I just transferred from another doctors office and the difference in care is amazing. Both the doctor and nurse are very caring and helpful. Dr.Shah takes the time to listen to you and answer all your questions in great detail. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients.
As always i find the interaction with this office open and professional while still being personalized.
Dr Shah and his nurse Elaine are both very kind people, and extremely knowledgable.
It's true Dr. Shah is excellent; however, he keeps you waiting FOREVER!! Whether it's an appointment to meet with him or for him to conduct a scheduled procedure, plan to wait a very long time. Then once he finally meets with you, he rushes you through.

Dr. Shah has been treating my 85 year old Mother for over five years, based on the recommendation of my sister, a Registered Nurse, who felt he was the best doctor in the state in his field. Dr. Shah is always on time (we visit his Providence office on West River Rd.), pleasant, and very helpful. My mother feels she is quite lucky to have him as a doctor.
