Now this is the prime example of a great car dealership. I was greeted instantly with a hand shake, I forgot the name of gentlemen who helped me. The entire staff was knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had. The positive attitudes were uplifting and I felt great with the decision to purchase my vehicle here.
This was my first and last stop. I was referred by a buddy from work. I usually like to do alot of research before I invest in something, with Sames I didn't feel the need. I am a full time student with part time income and thought that I wouldn't be able to get a car any time soon. Since Austin has public transportation, I figured those were my wheels forever. When I got to Sames, not only was I greeted and talked to like a human (not just a sale or uninformed person), I was taken care of within a timely manner.
