I will not be a repeat customer. The paperwork that was texted 2 me by the sales person did not look familiar. I have purchased a RAV4 previously. I don't have a clue as to how much of the different fees were actually legitimate. Other than the actual numbers game. They were helpful and friendly.

Sales man (Juan) was very helpful.
Dealer responded quickly, but vehicle had sold.
I let him know that I was on my way when I arrived he says the car was "just sold". Thing is... The car is still" for sale" 2 weeks later?! How many others drove in just to be told it was "just sold"?
While I was contacted, I did not receive information about the vehicle I was asking about. I stopped by to look at the vehicle and was quoted a price over $2,000 higher than the price listed on Car Gurus or their own website. When I pushed back, I got a long song and dance, was made to wait quite a while only to get them "down to" hundreds more than the price they posted online.
Told them I'd be in today to purchase this car. ... called on the way to go buy it and they sold it ... knowing we were coming!
Timely at responding and very informative
The salesperson was great, but the back right door did not close properly and it was not disclosed on the listing that the car had been in an accident.
