He correctly gave me my diagnosis (torn rotator cuff), showed me where the problem was on the x-rays, gave me reading materials on the injury and treatment procedure. There was no high pressure for me to make a decision right then and there. Every single physical therapist at Greensprings Senior Community independently opined that he was the very best orthopedic surgeon for this type of injury.

My son needed laparoscopic surgery on his elbow. Dr Nagda answered all my questions, he didn't hold back and told it like it was and gave a clear plan pre operatively and post operatively as to what to expect. Everything went great for my son and he is back to pitching better than ever. I'm so impressed w/Dr Nagda that now I'm being treated by him for my shoulder.
Dr Nagda gets over 5 stars if I could. He's the best of the best. Top notch
I knew I needed a specialist and he’s the only Shoulder Specialist in NVa. He listened and exam my shoulder and explained treatment options. He recommended a special test and a person he trusted to do it. I felt confident in his advice
I was referred to Dr. Nagda by another physician at Anderson Orthopedic. As soon as he entered the exam room he lectured me about not filling out the patient form sufficiently. He asked my age and then lectured me about not putting it on the form. My DOB was listed on the form so I was surprised. He does not take notes during the exam and said he can't be expected to remember everything so he expects all the information to be documented by the patient. He is perhaps a good practicioner but has absolutely lousy bed side manners. He is insecure and can't stand to being asked questions. He is bothered by too many questions, and walked out of my appointment rudely and without apologizing. Andersen clinic was notified of the behavior and did not resolve the issue nor had the courtesy of a return call or email. Extremely disappointed with the lack of common courtesy and values.
Appreciate Dr. Nagda for excellent surgical outcome, for time spent explaining procedures to me, for kind beside manner. I recommend him for patients of any age and ability.
Dr. Nagda is wonderful. He is easy to talk to, has a friendly, professional deamenor, thoroughly explains the surgical procedure and post surgery recovery process. He did a reverse shoulder replacement for me. I am now pain free, no complications, have full range of motion, and am back on my 4 wheeler. In addition, his staff is friendly, helpful, and competent.
You will not find anybody any better. He is absolutely the best!
