Same day Water heater really delivered. The were quick convenient and arrived when they promised. My installer Eric and his assistant Darren were both very professional and so quiet, my dogs didn’t raise a head when they entered our home. . Eric called ahead, walked me thru everything that would happen, the adjustments they would to make due to the age of my home and next steps. I was pleasantly surprised as my plumber, Gary Spivey appeared on time at our home to install a new toilet. He was very professional, polite and cleaned everything up when finished.
Tech never arrived within the time window for a service quote. Then when they finally did get around to coming, since I was 10 minutes late in confirming if I was home, they decided not to come.
